Grown in rich volcanic soil at 1,750 masl, this Sidra lot undergoes a precise 96-hour full-immersion bioreactor fermentation using oxygen injection and strict parameter controls. The result is a vibrant, sweet, and incredibly complex cup featuring a juicy body, high acidity, and rich notes of raspberry, tonic, and Saskatoon berries.
