Wilton Benitez is a Colombian coffee farmer with over 26 years of experience, 16 of which have been in specialty grade coffee. His farm, Granja Paraiso 92 uses advanced farming systems such as drip irrigation, shading, and laboratory nutrition to produce some very unique coffees.
This particular coffee was fermented anaerobically in sugar can juices, and was then decaffeinated using the "Sugar Cane" process.
We love this coffee for its sweetness, as well as its diverse presentation across espresso and filter.
