Grown at Granja Paraíso 92, this lot highlights the natural florality and sweetness of the rare Orange Bourbon cultivar. Producer Wilton Benitez applies a high-tech anaerobic process, fine-tuning processing variables and utilizing a sudden temperature change to halt fermentation exactly when desired.

Once brewed, the cup opens with an elegant, floral perfume of lilac that transitions into crisp pomegranate and when cool, finishes with stone-fruit notes of apricot. It delivers a clean, silky texture with a vibrant yet complex acidity, yielding a remarkably refreshing filter brew or a floral-driven espresso with a long, clean finish.
