Coming from an 80-year family coffee legacy in Nariño, Frank Torres is a pioneer in sustainable farming and innovative processing. Grown in rich volcanic soil at 1,750 masl, this Bourbon Ají lot undergoes a Hydro Honey process, an innovative method that rehydrates dried coffee cherries, which are then pulped and dried in a more traditional honey process. The result is a tropical, sweet, and balanced coffee with notes of pineapple and panela.
