Grown at 2,050 MASL in the volcanic soil of Buesaco, Nariño, the coffee undergoes a unique 72-hour liquid fermentation infused with sugars, hops, and beer yeast. This meticulous technique results in a vibrant, complex cup characterized by bright tropical notes of pineapple and mango, with a sophisticated floral finish reminiscent of elderflower and chamomile.
