Wush you were here

This rare lot of the Wush Wush variety comes from Finca La Macarena, managed by Oscar Riascos in the Piendamó region of the Cauca department. Produced in collaboration with the technical team at Granja Paraíso 92, this coffee undergoes an anaerobic washing process designed to highlight the floral and fruity notes inherent to the variety, while maintaining a clean and structured cup.

The resulting profile is refined and aromatic, featuring a delicate balance of bergamot and white flowers, along with bright notes of citrus and stone fruit. With its tea-like clarity and silky mouthfeel, this coffee offers a sophisticated expression of one of Colombia’s most sought-after modern varieties.
