Our "Summer Cider" is a bright, refreshing expression of the craft emerging from Ecuador’s southern highlands. This single-origin lot comes from David Palacios and Galo Guerrero of the Cararango group in Loja, where high-altitude cooling and meticulous processing meet.

We chose this coffee for its striking resemblance to a crisp orchard cider—a profile achieved through a carefully managed washed process that emphasizes clarity and a sparkling malic acidity. It’s an effortless summer companion that showcases the innovative spirit of Loja’s smallholders.
